Dover Street Market London offers returns on all full-price items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that certain items, such as jewelry, fragrances, and intimate apparel, are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Log into your account or use the guest order tracker to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside.
Ship the Item
Use the provided pre-paid shipping label to drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a collection through our customer service team.
Refund Processing
Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, excluding initial shipping costs.
