We provide DPD Next Day delivery for UK orders and use DHL Express for international shipments. Delivery times vary by region, and tracking information is provided once your order has been dispatched from our London store.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
You may return items within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain items, such as sneakers, jewelry, and beauty products, must be returned in unopened, original packaging.
Can I pick up my online order in-store at Haymarket?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service. Select 'In-store Pickup' at checkout, and you will receive an email notification when your items are ready for collection at our London location.
Are all items available online also available in the physical store?
While we strive to sync our stock, some exclusive collections or high-demand sneaker releases may be available only online or only in-store. Please contact us directly to check the availability of a specific piece.
